High School football season kicks off tonight in Missouri as several area jamborees will be hosted around the northwest Missouri area, prior to the first week of the season on August 28th.
Starting next week, the KFEQ Friday Night Lights Scoreboard Show, presented by the St. Joseph Sports Commission, hosted by Matt Pike will return to KFEQ, on air at 680 AM and 95.3 FM or online at 680kfeq.com. The scoreboard show will run from 10pm to midnight every Friday night, through the first round of district play.
Below is a schedule of each jamboree being played in the area along with teams participating in each jamboree.

Mid-Buchanan: Mid-Buchanan, Gallatin, Maysville & West Platte
Lathrop: Lathrop, North Platte, Plattsburg & Trenton

Lincoln Prep: Lincoln Prep, KC East, Maryville & William Chrisman
Moberly: Moberly, Boonville, Centralia, Chillicothe, Hallsville & Macon
Putnam County: Putnam County, Brookfield, Kirksville & South Harrison
South Shelby: South Shelby, Louisiana, Marceline & Westran
