Buddy was born on October 29 1930 in Barry Missouri to Eunice (Olgesby) and Martin T. Callaway and joined our Father in Heaven February 15 2026.
Buddy lived a full and fruitful life filled with exciting journey’s. He was an champion skydiver, avid skier, motorcyclist, champion bowler, and pool player. He was a member of the KA-MO Parachute Club, Brunswick Bowling Club, Barry Baseball Club and BMA Ski Club. He retired from Business Men’s Assurance in Kansas City Missouri after 37 years but never slowed down. One of his greatest pleasures was attending the Weddle Reunion in Allendale Missouri.
He leaves behind a legacy many wish to emulate. For the many family and friends he leaves behind, he will be forever missed.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in Grant City, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Kirk Cemetery near Allendale, Missouri.
