MILLER COUNTY—A Missouri man drowned in private pond just before 3p.m. on Wednesday in Miller County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 27-year-old Eldon man suffered a medical emergency and was located in a pond in the 1400 Block of Grand Avenue.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
