The University of Missouri Extension is launching a statewide initiative starting this month.
"100 Miles, 100 Days" encourages Missourians to get up and get moving across this summer, from June 16th until summer ends in September. Participants can walk, bike, dancing, do strength training, any physical activity counts.
Miles will be recorded by county to encourage competition, and participants can also get connected with others statewide by visiting the 100 Miles, 100 Days Facebook page.
