Non-critical:

1. No paper towels in men's room.

Atchison County Nutrition Center-412 Main, Tarkio

Critical:

1. Potentially hazardous food not held at 41° or below: Diced tomatoes, onions, salsa in iced tub. Use or discard within 4 hours.

Non-critical:

1. Hair not restrained. COS.
2. Measuring scoop handle in sugar. COS.

Day Break Cafe-109 Main, Fairfax

Non-critical:

1. Aluminum foil on walls and shelves.
2. Carpeted backroom floor and other flooring worn.
3. Restroom door open, no self-close.
