PLATTE COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 3p.m. Thursday in Platte County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Can-am defender 6x6 driven by a 50-year-old Kansas City, Missouri man was southbound, spraying the embankment on the ramp from Cookingham Drive to Southbound Interstate 29. The embankment gave way and the UTV rolled.
Kansas City Fire Department transported to the driver to St. Luke's North. The MSHP no longer releases names of accident victims.
