ANDREW COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 3p.m. Friday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Kia Rondo driven by a 21-year-old St. Joseph woman was southbound on Interstate 29 three miles northwest of Country Club. The driver attempted to pass a semi. The driver lost control of the vehicle. It traveled off the west side of the road and rolled onto its top in the ditch.
Andrew County EMS transported the driver to Mosaic Life Care. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
