Charles "Sam" Norris, 66, of Shenandoah, Iowa, and formerly of Sidney, Iowa, entered into eternal rest at his residence in Shenandoah on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Funeral services will be held at the Nishna Valley Funeral Home in Shenandoah, Iowa, on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Jan Phillips officiating. Burial at Thurman Cemetery will immediately follow the service. Memorials may be directed to Nishna Productions.
