Police: Kan. man held on $2 million bond for drug and sex crimes

RILEY COUNTY Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on  drug, sex and trafficking allegations following an investigation, according to a media release from the Riley County Police Department.

Just after 3:30p.m. Tuesday, police arrested 63-year-old Luke Maurice Johnson Sr., 63, Odgen in the 300 block of Twelfth Street in Ogden on requested charges that include three counts of aggravated human trafficking, one count of distributing material containing fentanyl does 50-250 units; within 1000 feet of a school, one count of distributing opiate/narcotic/certain stimulant/heroin within 1000 feet of a school, two counts of rape; sexual intercourse with a mentality deficient victim or victim incapable of consent due to effects of alcohol/narcotics/drugs/or other substances, one count of domestic battery, and one count of sexual battery.

The victims include a 29-year-old woman, a 28-year-old woman, and a 23-year-old woman. This arrest stems from reports originally filed in 2023 and 2026. Johnson Sr. is being held on a total bond of $2 million, according to the RCPD.
