- No test kits for sanitizer.
KJ's-304 Main, Westboro
- Kitchen refrigerator needs to be 41° or lower (was 43°).
- Could not find thermometers in kitchen refrigerators.
- Excessive frost in Crosley freezer.
- Dining area ceiling in disrepair.
- Discussed contact paper and paper towels on shelving.
JumpStart 4 Nutrition-300 W. U.S. Hwy 136, Rock Port
- No separate, stand alone hand sink- have one, but relocating foodservice to the front of the building, and will be remodeling.
- Discussed raw milk from Boujee Bovine. Not an approved food item to be used in store. Purchased for personal use and will be taken home.
Keeling's Dairy Diner-301 Main St., Fairfax
- Unshielded bulbs.
- No self-closer on restroom door.
Food Country-300 U.S. Hwy 136, Rock Port
- No anti-siphon device on faucet in meat department.
- Dirty can opener.
- Soda cabinet in disrepair.
- 16 torn refrigerator door gaskets.
- Vent hood needs to be cleaned.
- No handwashing signage at sink by produce sink.
- Unshielded light bulbs.
- Trash and debris on floor and under shelves in walk-in freezer.
- Damaged walls by west swing doors.
All-American Camp Grounds-1409 U.S. Hwy 136, Rock Port
No violations.
Rock Port Golf & Country Club-18757 225th St., Rock Port
- Unapproved food: Breakfast sausage processed in Hamburg, IA and labeled not for sale. COS. Agreed not to use in establishment.
Hy-Vee-110 Chestnut, Tarkio
- Excessive frost in chest freezer across from Baron open display case. Sliding lid is starting to drag.
- Walk-in freezer by compactor: floor needs swept up. Pieces of tape and boxes plus several packages of food items.
Dollar General-302 S. 2nd, Tarkio
- Not all refrigerator units have thermometers.
- Stained and damaged ceiling tiles: above drink cooler, all along south store wall
- Insulated ceiling bulging down above back storeroom door.
