Tee Gregory passed away into the arms of Jesus on March 26, 2026, at Shenandoah Care Village, having reached the age of 69 years, 6 months, and 6 days.
She was born September 20, 1956, in California to Robert and Jean Gregory. Later in life, Tee moved to Texas and then to Red Oak, Iowa, and lived there until moving to Shenandoah Care Village in 2011.
Prior to living in the care facility, Tee enjoyed hanging out with friends, going to bingo, going out to eat, and crafting. Once she became a resident at the care center, Tee was able to still enjoy crafting, playing bingo, and doing many of the other activities. She made many friends there and considered many of the staff as family. She met her friend, Joni, whom she considered a sister, while Joni was visiting family at the care center. They stayed close over the years up until Tee's passing. Joni's sister, Michelle, and her kids, were also considered family by Tee. Joni had a dog named Teddy Mae and Tee and Teddy got very close. They had regular visits over the years. Tee always had beef jerky or popcorn for Teddy. She looked forward to meeting Teddy once again in heaven, as Teddy passed away seven months before Tee.
Tee is preceded in death by her mother, Jean Gregory Rolfs; her father, Robert Gregory; and her son, Wesley Gregory. She is survived by her sister/friend, Joni Gittins and husband Lenny; son, Robert; daughter, Michelle; and several grandchildren. She loved her grandchildren, as she often talked about them.
