Joshua Moses, 49, of Shambaugh, Iowa, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at his home in Shambaugh.
Joshua Joel Moses, son of Kathy Porter and Jeff Moses, was born on March 7, 1976.
Left to cherish his memory is his son and love of his life, Oliver Lawson Moses; mother Kathy Porter of Greenfield, Iowa; father Jeff Moses of Clarinda; sister Lacy (Don) Wood of Rincon, Georgia; grandmother Janice Moses of Clarinda; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Nodaway Valley Funeral Home, Clarinda, Iowa with burial at the Covenanter Cemetery, south of Clarinda. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11: 00 a.m. service time on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Nodaway Valley Funeral Home, Clarinda, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the Josh Moses Memorial. Arrangements were entrusted to the Nodaway Valley Funeral Home of Clarinda.
