ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a juvenile for alleged criminal behavior in Atchison.
Just after 7p.m. Friday, police took an 11-year-old boy into custody, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson. The boy is accused of criminal damage to a business window in the 500 block Commercial Street.
Police released the boy to a parent. Police releawed no additional details.
