CLARINDA, Iowa — Wet weather has hit the brakes on a popular Clarinda tradition.

Organizers of Cruzin' Clarinda announced Friday morning that the 11th annual classic car show, originally scheduled for this Saturday, will now take place on Friday, June 14 due to unfavorable forecasts.

While the date has changed, officials say the event schedule remains the same:

The event takes place around Clarinda’s downtown square, and typically features dozens of classic cars, local vendors, and family-friendly activities.
