The following are health inspections in Atchison County, Missouri. Inspections are released monthly.
Note that COS means corrected on site.
River Rock Lane-606 S. Main, Rock Port (8-27-26)
Critical:
- Salad bar not held at 41° or below: cottage cheese, potato salad, watermelon, diced egg, ham, lettuce.
Non-critical:
- Worn flooring and missing tile in kitchen.
El Patron Mexican Restaurant-401 S. Main, Rock Port (8-27-26)
Critical:
- Queso cheese not held at 135° or higher (116°).
- Dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer. COS.
- Can opener dirty. COS.
- Unlabeled spray bottle at 3-bay sink. COS.
Non-critical:
- Scoop handle in ice bin of soda machine.
- Cardboard on several shelves.
- Unshielded light bulbs in back storeroom.
- Wet particle board in doorway to kitchen- possibly covering damaged floor.
- Splatter on walls (dried raw chicken). COS.

Non-critical:
- Duct tape on lid to prep table.
- Refrigeration units do not have thermometer.
- Bad door gaskets on 3-door beer cooler and beer cave door.
- Water running out from under deep freezer.

Non-critical:
- Box of cups and some bottled water stored on back storeroom floor.
- Discussed water puddle in walk-in cooler.

- New 2-door refrigerator did not have a thermometer. COS.
