2 Missouri drivers, teen hospitalized after rear-end crash

CLINTON COUNTY —Three people were injured in an accident just before 3:30p.m. Sunday in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2012 BMW X5 driven by a 17-year-old Brookfield woman was southbound on Interstate 35 two miles south of Cameron.  The BMW rear-ended a 2025 Kia Telluride driven by a 44-year-old Springfield woman.

Cameron Ambulance transported the teen driver to Liberty Hospital and the SUV driver and her 19-year-old female passenger to Cameron Regional Medical Center. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
